A little look at Swe’s hair journey. 🥹🤍🎀

Swe was born with a FULL head of hair! From when she was little I always tried my best to take care of her hair. I started plaiting it while she was still young, moisturising it and applying hair oil to her scalp.

Then at some point, she got chickenpox, and I had to cut her hair. Starting over with her hair made me realise just how important a consistent haircare routine really is.

That’s when I became even more intentional about her wash days, keeping her hair moisturised, and especially taking care of her scalp. I learnt that healthy haircare goes beyond just how the hair looks. It’s about being consistent, using the right products and showing your little one’s hair some love at every stage.

Looking back at these pictures and seeing how far her hair has come makes me so happy. 🥹 Just a little reminder that every hair journey is different and sometimes it’s the little things we do consistently that make the biggest difference.

And now, this little girl and her hair journey are a big part of the reason Swelly Curls exists. 🎀🥹
