MOVE for mental health. REMEMBER those we’ve lost. INSPIRE hope. 💜

This Sunday, we are swerking for something bigger than a workout.

Group fitness has a way of bringing people together when we need it most. We move, we sweat, we laugh, we let go, and for an hour, we get to step outside of whatever we may be carrying. The physical benefits are amazing, but the community, connection, confidence, and joy that movement can give us matter just as much. 💜

Join us as we come together for Fitness For Hope 2026, alongside 260+ fitness communities across the world, to raise awareness for mental health, remember those we’ve lost, and remind one another that mental health matters.

💜 Fitness For Hope: SWERK
🗓 Sunday, September 13- Studio A
⏰ 9:30 AM
💃 Amy, Rachel, Dawn

Whether fitness is your outlet, your therapy, your community, or simply the place you get to feel like you again, this class is for you and for those who matter to you. 💜🩵

🩵💜Donations to Fitness For Hope are encouraged and deeply appreciated! Every contribution helps support the mission of using movement to bring awareness, connection, remembrance, and hope to mental health. Scan the QR code on the flyer to donate. 💜🩵

POP LOCK && LABOR 📣

I am so incredibly grateful for all of the support and love you’ve infused into Kayla and her sweet baby boy the past nine months

In true buck-wild, freak-a-leek fashion, we are celebrating her last scheduled Wednesday 5:30 pm Swerk®️ class || Aug 26th

No surprise… we’re entering the floor in our fiercest animal fits 🦒 🐆

Caution ⚠️ the playlist is alll the favs!

I’m hosting a diaper raffle && the drawing will take place at the end of class

Please plan for a lot of sweat and an emotional level of loveeee 💕 🩵

I love you KAYLA — and so does all of us at the LYB 🍑
