We brought the high-speed Glambot to Granitecon for a weekend of incredible cosplayers and celebrity talent. Lou Diamond Phillips, Veronica Taylor, Mallorie Rodak, and the GTA V crew - Ned Luke, Shawn Fonteno, and Steve Ogg - all took their turn in front of the robot. Two days of cosplay, celebrity talent, and behind-the-scenes chaos. You might recognize this one. @toyota’s Big Big Deal Summer Sale commercial was shot right here in Studio A! The teams at TCAA and @swevenfx used Studio A's LED wall to create a summer festival environment without having to leave the studio. @thegristboston recently brought their latest project for @thehartford featuring Matt McCoy to Studio Lab! Their team took over Studio A, using our LED wall and KIRA cinema robot to bring the project to life. @gregfarnum and the @swevenfx team provided production support, while our Studio Engineer, @blakepropst, built the virtual environments in @unrealengine, creating realistic environments for a variety of interior and exterior locations. For @footjoy’s Arcus launch, Greg from @swevenfx built a custom rain rig in Studio A to create the controlled environment this shoot required. What if you could bring the outdoors inside?   That’s exactly what Greg from @swevenfx did for @footjoy’s Arcus product launch, bringing the rain into Studio A with a custom rain simulator to show their new rainwear doing what it was built to do.   The shoot brought together several of Studio A’s capabilities to create the perfect environment for the project. The LED wall added graphics and elements to build out the look, while the @motorizedprecision Kira cinema robot and camera captured high-speed content.   At Studio Lab, our goal is to give you complete creative control over the environment you’re shooting in, including the weather. We took Kira to Fenway Fest ⚾️   Our team partnered with @swevenfx to bring our @motorizedprecision Kira cinema robot down to Boston to give fans their own Glambot moment — the same experience their favorite @redsox players get on camera for creating content for the season. Seeing so many fans step in and own the spotlight was such a fun part of the day.   We’ve had the chance to work with the @redsox on several projects over the years, and this one was especially memorable for us! At Studio Lab, we’re all about innovation and finding creative solutions to make production easier, safer, and more efficient.   When @gregfarnum at @swevenfx had the idea for filming a baby in a car seat, he knew our studio was the perfect place to make it happen. Instead of worrying about filming on the road, the team set up a shoot using virtual production and our LED wall to safely recreate a realistic driving scene without having to worry about highways or car rigs.   Our studios are fully equipped to fit vehicles, giving production teams the flexibility to film any driving environment without leaving the building (and without any safety concerns).   Big thanks to our crew who made this possible, and to our incredible talent: Carolyn for her role as the mom, and the little ones who absolutely stole the show.
