~ SATURDAY SHOWCASE ~

Every multifamily community needs a place for the mail to land. 📬

Today, we’re highlighting Division 10 mailboxes from Mailboxes.com, part of Salsbury Industries, a U.S. manufacturer established in 1936. These USPS-approved systems feature individual locked compartments for residents and dedicated carrier access that makes mail delivery more efficient.

Our crew handles the installation, getting these mailbox systems ready for the residents who will soon call these communities home. We’re proud to work with trusted vendor partners who help us deliver quality products to our GC clients.

Today we’re celebrating Todd Popoff and his 10-year work anniversary at Sierra West Finish in Southern California! Currently as a Field Supervisor, Todd is a strong connection point between the jobsite, the office, our foreman and our crews. He works to make
sure we have the right materials with the right crew to get our projects done.

“Todd has been an incredible asset to the team since joining SWF,” says Sierra West Finish President Scott Nelson. “He quickly moved his way up from field foreman to field supervisor due to his great leadership and ability to solve problems effectively. He has helped grow our customer base in San Diego through strong communication and follow-through.”

We’re grateful for your 10-years of service, Todd! Todd Popoff with Sierra West Finish celebrating his 10 year work anniversary! taken in Sierra West Finish by @swfinish

The architects and design team behind our new project with Dreyfuss Builders have dreamed up an adaptive reuse of this building, which will have 117 units in Los Angeles, CA. We did a site visit this week at The Oaks on Balboa as we prepare to start production for doors, hardware, closet shelving and more.

Shout out to Josh + Anthony and our entire shop crew!

They are always checking to ensure accuracy and quality during several steps in the shelving process before these items are delivered to our multifamily job sites. We appreciate all that they do to help our projects run efficiently. #multifamily #sierrawestfinish Anthony preparing shelving items for delivery at the Sierra West Finish headquarters in Norco, CA. taken in Sierra West Finish by @swfinish
