There is something powerful about being in a room (tent 😉😘) filled with women who understand that leadership is not simply about having a seat at the table. It is about using our voices, our influence, and our collective power to help shape what comes next.

I was honored to attend the Women for Moore-Miller Brunch at The Oaks Inn in Annapolis, joining an extraordinary gathering of women from across Maryland committed to leadership, service, opportunity, and the continued progress of our communities.

As an entrepreneur, a woman in financial services, and someone deeply committed to expanding possibility for others, I believe civic engagement matters. The decisions made today directly impact the families we serve, the businesses we build, and the opportunities available to the next generation.
