Fish Field House, essentially our indoor football facility, is where BC Swim and Dive does all of our strength training, and when it’s our allotted time slot, it’s just us, the weight machines and our hard earned sweat. by @swimdarzi

The Margot Connell Rec Center is where the magic happens for our Swim & Dive program. This state of the art Natatorium, with our 10 lane 25 yard competition pool and 4 lane 25 yard lap pool also houses our Power Towers, Power Racks and other fun equipment to elevate our training by @swimdarzi
