Bringing back workout wednesday🤩
Fun little set we did yesterday to get their bodies and minds working more than usual!!
Love this because we get to work on so many things:
1. Discipline on underwaters
2. Strength on the press outs
3. Racing on the kick
4. Intervals and body awareness on the vertical kick by @swimgsa
