👟 kinda been running a lot since ski season wrapped up... set an imaginary goal of going sub 90 minutes in a 1/2 marathon distance and this past weekend i ran 1:29.33 w/ a pace of 6:50 per mile over the 13.1 mile distance😃 this was by far the biggest race i've ever been a part of and even though i've been solo for many years now it was pretty neat to be a part of such a big community w/ so many people running together and cheering on throughout the course especially filling up bear tracks bridge over the clark fork river!

*7th out of 86 in my age group

⏳2020= creation of swingshift 🌄

➡️ 🌸 lotus flower created my trail name swingshift in the 2nd week of the adventure of a lifetime inwhich i decided 2 walk from yellowstone 2 glacier along the CDT whilst never camping more than 1 night in backcountry be4.. thankfully i found MY OWN way 2 get 'er dun and since bartending was my job be4 the adventure my hours were all out of whack hence SWINGSHIFT as i was hiking late AND sleeping in 🪔😴
