Come with me to get a Liquid IV! 💧✨

After taking care of my patients, I’m taking a little time to take care of ME!

Today, I’m heading over to @BoldAndBalanced for a hydration boost! If you’re already at @switchChiropractic, you don’t even have to go far — Bold & Balanced is right down the hall! 👀

Because wellness isn’t just about how you feel on the outside… it’s about taking care of your body from the inside out. 🤍✨

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been scared to go to a chiropractor. Ever since I was a kid, all those action and kung fu movies had me convinced somebody was gonna twist my neck the wrong way. 😂

Today I finally faced that fear and went to Switch Chiropractic to get adjusted… and man, I wish I would’ve done it sooner.

I walked out feeling more relaxed, my body feels better, and that fear is completely gone. If you’ve been putting something off because of fear, sometimes the only way to realize it wasn’t as bad as you imagined is to face it.

Definitely won’t be my last adjustment. 💯🙌🏾 taken in Kennesaw, Georgia by @switchchiropractic

Athletes of all ages, especially if your in the most important time of growth, you definitely have to hit Dr Tim Jones up. He’ll get you right after a few adjustments he was able to fix my shot right after my adjustments. I went to practice right after and shot seven effortless threes in a row 2ft behind the NBA line. He was able to fix my poster and gave me another inch in height. Didn’t know how restricted my body was until Tim made all the adjustments. Thank you Tim @switchchiropractic for getting me right! by @switchchiropractic
