POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

What’s up party people. I’m back.

I thought I’d start posting some of the random stuff I write/wrote.

This is a “closer” based around the piece Ecstasy of Gold.

Obviously I’m not a professional arranger, especially in the front ensemble world, so if you have any tips I’d love to hear them.

That’s all for now. I’ll see you soon… by @swjb24

It’s time… the 2025 Christmas lick is here.

Merry Christmas everyone! The lick is here! I know I’ve said I’d like to post more, but I’ve been busy and, quite frankly, a little bit lazy. I’m back and ready to post more. I have projects coming up that are really exciting, so stay tuned. I tried a different editing style for this one. Let me know what you think.

This is my first time writing to an actual track. The track is Carol of the Bells by @lindseystirling . Check her out, she’s super talented and has some amazing stuff. This is my first time editing audio. I know that the blend gets a little weird at some points, but I didn’t want to spend hours perfectly blending it.

I know the lick is a couple hours late, but I put some hard work into this and I’m sure you guys won’t mind.

Thanks you all for the support! Happy holidays and I’ll see you soon… by @swjb24

I’m back! Its been a while, but I’m finally posting something. Here is, as voted by you, Chuggida with variations. Also, I tried a different, a little goofier, edit style. Do you like it or should I stay with a standard edit style? Let me know. There are more posts coming, hopefully, very soon.

I know I’ll get questions, so here is what I used:

Pad: Offworld Invader
Sticks: Vic Firth Colin McNutt Signature Stick

What a way to end, Universal with my best friends. 🧡

So long Perkiomen Valley Music Department. It’s been real. I’ve made so many memories, friends, and discoveries over the past 9 years. Thank you to all the staff, volunteers, and parents who have supported me and the group over the past years. I can’t wait to see what is next for the music department. 🤎

To my friends: Thank you. You have all brought me so much joy and make my day so much better. I look forward to seeing you all in the future and hearing about your next musical adventure. 🤍

That’s all from me. Thank you PV Music Department. Until next time… 🧡🤎🤍 #soggyminion #firefire taken in The Best Place In The World With The Best People In The World. by @swjb24

Perkiomen Valley Indoor Percussion Ensemble. What a journey it has been. From running around a puzzle box with puzzle pieces, to reading and throwing books, to dancing with and throwing chains, and then being able to lead a viking crew, I have been blessed to have gotten to experience this. I am thankful for the challenges and the opportunities that have been given to me, but I am most thankful for all the friends and memories I have made along the way. This is truly a special and talented group and I can’t wait to see where this group goes in the future. PVIPE will hold a special place in my life and in my heart. Thank you PVIPE for an amazing 4 years. To my Viking crew, Chief G out. Until next time PVIPE. by @swjb24

Dayton ‘25 is in the books. This was certainly an interesting trip, but a great way to end off the WGI year. This is a post only for Dayton, there will be a final indoor post after our exhibition TIA performance. by @swjb24
