We have never taken a vacation, so we decided it's time to take a little pause.

After all, mutual aid is built on people, and people need rest. We will be taking next week to recharge, reset, and care for ourselves so we can continue showing up for our community sustainably.

During this time, responses may be delayed. Regular updates will resume when we're back. But, don't worry you won't even have the chance to miss with all of these other options to reach out.

We are looking for volunteers to support SWANS!

We are so grateful for the outpour of support for SWANS. It is amazing to see how many people want to support the decrim and destigma of repro care, and who are showing solidarity with our swer community <3

Since we are a small team, we are looking for ways to make this program more sustainable long-term. We would love to build out our volunteer network, and we want YOU to join. We encourage anyone to apply as we are always looking for ways to innovate and improve our direct service provision, community and public education efforts, mutual aid, & more.

*due to significant interest and the small size our our team, we have to close applications early. We are very grateful to everyone and want to respect people’s time and energy while giving each application a fair review. We are so excited to expand our program. We will be hiring two part time peer navigators to join our team starting October 2026. We are looking for people who are passionate about the intersection of reproductive justice and swer rights and have experience with direct support. However, we encourage anyone committed to our mission and values to apply.

Pay: $30/hr

Time commitment: 12-20 hours per month

Start date: October 2026 (exact date TBD); 1-year anticipated term, renewable contingent on funding and performance

This position is mostly remote. However, we do have opportunities for in-person support and events in Los Angeles, CA. Anyone located in the United States can apply.

We are looking for volunteers to join our Massage Worker Outreach team!

The goal of the program is to outreach to Asian migrant massage workers in Chinatown and the SGV area to assess their needs and mobilize support systems to address said needs. We intend to connect them with cash assistance, self-defense kits, multilingual resources and information about immigrant and workers’ rights, and to build relationships with and among workers.

We meet on the 2nd Monday of every month at 6:30pm on Zoom.
