RIP my tiny best friend. Twelve years with you wasn’t enough, I just hope you know how loved you are.

Not the best picture but the first time both my boys have been parked next to each other since having them both home. A proper pinch me moment, and the proof hard work pays off. Little Fran with her briefcase of matchbox cars wouldn’t know what to make of it all 🥹 by @sxivjcy

Fran didn’t just transform her body.
She rebuilt herself.

January this year, she signed up for our first client photoshoot.

Weeks before the shoot… she broke her foot.

Most people would’ve quit.
But Fran? She refused to let life bench her.

She showed up anyway. in pain, scared, but determined.
and brought her best look to date.

But here’s what most people never saw:
This was a woman who once believed her best lifting days were behind her.

A slipped disc, years of fear, avoiding movements she once loved.

She genuinely thought she’d never lift heavy again.

She didn’t trust her body. She didn’t trust herself.

But something sparked again.
That little voice that whispers, “What if you’re stronger than you think?”

She started slow.
We rebuilt her confidence rep by rep.

Rehab turned into progress.
Progress turned into strength.

Strength turned into belief.

Now?

She’s back doing all three lifts.
Stronger.
More stable.
Better technically than she ever was as a powerlifter.

And she’s not just back to where she left off …
she’s BETTER.

After that first photoshoot, something shifted.

She saw herself differently.
She carried herself differently.

Confidence replaced doubt.

Self-love replaced fear.

She signed up for the next shoot :the calendar edition

and showed up in outfits that she never would’ve worn a year ago.

Because now she’s in love with the woman she’s become.

10kg down.
Habits rebuilt from the ground up.

Mindset unrecognisable.
Body stronger.

Life different.

Next stop:
Back on the powerlifting platform

this time with belief, not fear.

Fran didn’t just change her physique.

She reclaimed her identity.

And if you’re reading this thinking,
“I wish that was me…”

It can be.

What an honour to see this man perform live in Southampton last night. @john5official is without a doubt the greatest living guitarist and to watch him play his own music, having been a fan for over 20 years, was incredible. He even treated us to a little bit of Manson at the end, and had a guest spot from Nikki Sixx(‘s bass tech). Dream come true kinda night.

Thank you @chrisismetal for coming along with me even if I did insist on wearing a Britney Tshirt. taken in The 1865 by @sxivjcy
