Score Marathon. I think it is my Nemesis 😂😂

Including this year, 4x bonk kaw2 ..

This time, around the 12km mark, it hit me hard. One moment I was holding pace, the next my legs just shut down. Energy drained out of nowhere, every step felt heavier, breathing got shallow, and I slipped straight into full bonk mode.

From there, it was purely a mental grind. Just trying to keep moving forward while hoping tak kena potong dengan Dila..

But every tough race comes with a lesson. This one gave me plenty to reflect on ..preparation, training and respect for the distance.

No more fooling around. Time to lock in, trust the process, and get back to serious work for KLSCM.

By the way pagi tadi dah long run 🤪
