The goal is 25% body fat, not simply getting smaller.

My waist is already where I want it for my physique. You have to know what looks good for **your** body type. I’m 5’5”, but I have long legs, so I train to utilize and enhance them in a way that complements my natural proportions.

The goal is never to chase somebody else’s body. It’s to build the best version of mine. by @syd.browning

Mentoring at Simpson Academy for Young Women through Rush’s Butterfly Boot Camp is personal for me. I became a mom at 17, so pouring into young moms with real tools, resumes, interviews, financial literacy, and life after high school, will always be close to my heart.
