It’s been such an amazing physical and mental experience prepping for a half marathon. I’ve grown to learn that no matter what comes or leaves in my life, I will never quit on myself! God has great plans and we’ve got to stick it out and fulfill them.

I’m so grateful to all my friends and family who supported me, there’s no words to describe the feeling of love that comes from your loyalty 💛

July started with the end of a relationship that was really important to me at the time, and lemme tell u the first few days… STUNK. But I wouldn’t trade that experience for anything, it gave me the space to remember and reflect on the fact that there are so many beautiful things in this world and SO many reasons to be happy!!! I was so grateful for the time to be with my family in nature and ground myself in the blessings God has poured down on us 💚💙 by @syddpetersen
