today marks 1 year post op 🧟‍♀️ yuh! proud of myself and the work i put in to get here mentally n physically. ive still got a longggg ways to go, but this a lifestyle not a phase, so im being patient. but i wouldn’t be where i am without Joey, trails favorite pt, who i still see to this day because the more i lift the more work i need done 😭 shoutout to her for getting me thru rehab. and i definitely would not be here without my trainers @fernand.04 @lemeosceola and Mike! thank you for always pushin me to my limits (LITERALLY 😭), you guys made this journey 10x better, forever thankful for you guys cus i also would not look this swole. 🙂‍↔️

11-12-25 | this clip n the next are from when i got cleared to take my sling off. one of my exercises was that i had to glide my hand up the wall as high as i could LMAO as you can tell i had little to no strength.

pt 2.

1-7-25 the day i got cleared to start lifting, i remember watchin this when i got home n i cried because of how weak i was and i was js so sad that i lost all my progress.

5-4-26 random ass day but this the first time i ever felt like i had a pump that u could actually see since before my injury.

today’s workout 🙂 ima get that damn push-up one day n yall not gone hear/see the end of it when i do 😛 but here we are lifting 35s again, the goal was to get back to 45s in a year but i ain’t mad about it.

oh! and i started hoopin againnnn, who would’ve thunk 😆, thanks to @champagneaunnie_ & @jacob.whitehorse for gettin my ass back on the court this summer, and for dealin wit my attitude when i can’t shoot which is like all the time so i appreciate yall 😂 always a good time playin up in six, for u Dyl 🖤 by @sydlasn
