Our firecracker Sydney 🧨

High energy, challenging rides, and FUN from start to finish. She’ll push you, hype you up, and bring the kind of energy that keeps you coming back for more.

If you haven’t taken a ride with Sydney yet, consider this your sign. 🚲

Today was a hard day. 😭

I walked into CycleBar four years ago just looking for something new — a workout, a routine, a distraction. I never imagined what I’d find. This place became so much more than just a studio. It became home. It gave me purpose, healing, laughter, and some of the best friendships I’ll ever know.

I never planned to become an instructor. But this community — you all — saw something in me before I ever did. You believed in me, pushed me, and lifted me through every high and low. CycleBar changed me — inside and out — and I’ll never stop being grateful for the way it shaped my life.

As this chapter closes, another one opens. I just want to say thank you. Thank you for riding with me, for dancing through the dark moments, and for celebrating the bright ones. This isn’t goodbye forever — it’s just a “see you on the other side of the beat.” 🚴‍♀️❤️

I shared in my class today something that’s resonated with me recently, ironically from The Office. 🥲 Andy says: “I wish there was a way to know you’re in the good old days before you’ve actually left them.” Now I know… I was.

These are my people forever. 💝 taken in CYCLEBAR by @sydney.rm_
