At one point, it honestly felt like an uphill battle. I remember feeling swollen, exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering how long it would take to feel like myself again.

But little by little, I found my pink🎀 🥹

Since 6 weeks postpartum, I’ve focused on intentionally moving my body. Starting with slow walks, light mobility, and giving myself grace on the hard days. I became more mindful about how I fueled my body and started changing my family’s habits too.

To any mom in the thick of postpartum right now: your body is not failing you and this season is not forever. The small, consistent choices matter more than perfection ever will. Your strength, confidence, and spark will probably come back even stronger 💕 🫶🏽

First haircut at 12 months old ✂️💙

Daddy did such a good job, and he sat still the entire time! We just wanted a little cleanup while keeping his look natural.

Spent the day @childrensmuseumatlanta. Definitely a place I’d recommended you’re trying to find more family friendly things to do in Atlanta.

Honestly was such a fun way to get out of the house for the day and definitely adding to my list for the mommy & me outings🫶🏽💕

Start activating your glutes BEFORE lifting and watch the difference.

I always like to start with 5-10 minutes on the stairmaster or row machine to get warm before starting warmup🤭
