We’re new to this type of content and it’s Kevin’s first time trying this.

What do you think of this type or content?

Is it too long?

Is he speaking too fast?

Good? Bad? Whatever?

Let us know below!

This agent I’m speaking about is NOT @agentsparks

@agentsparks is amazing, highly reccomend if you’re looking at selling property or leasing your investments.

I just remembered this story as I visited Grahams Central 21 office.

EXTERIOR changes definitely CAN affect the sale of your property… 👍🏻

Completed and transformed this OLD tired stamped driveway recently. This home was a beautiful water front property in Oyster Bay and that’s probably how we found a starfish on the driveway in the last picture.

In collaboration with @ondemandhighpressurecleaning 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Shoutout to the boys bellow for sponsoring this job.

Failure is part of getting better.

More reps means more mistakes, but it also means more chances to learn.

Nothing is perfect. You’re going to communicate badly sometimes, reply late, get something wrong or disappoint a client.

Own it. Apologise. Learn from it. Do better next time.

That’s progress.

Most people stay on the fence because they’re scared of getting rejected or getting it wrong.

But if you never try, the answer is already no.
