After a year , I finally boarded a plane again ! Yesterday, I flew to Port Macquarie & was so excited to be back up in the skies .
It’s amazing to think about how we have adapted and what the new norm is for many people.
Like many I have been on non stop zoom calls but was so excited to be going to talk to people face to face & also to be escaping the heavy smoke over Sydney.

The last 12 months has certainly taught me a lot, especially gratitude 🙏

I have watched my daughter raise her sails this year & I cant say how much I admire her 💓 this year has really tested our family, but it is how we change our direction that will get us through & the good old Aussie fighting spirit not to be beaten !

A simple phrase I hadn’t heard in months & took me by surprise... oh yeah I can have it here now , Fantastic 💛
.
I’m re-adjusting to a new normal . Slowly people are getting back on their feet , but sadly not everyone. In 2 weeks I will be the only one in my house with a job, not all universities are going back & my daughter will miss out on her final fun year - after all the study a big anti climax & no farewells, work contracts have been cut & many people are suffering mentally . .
I’m confident we will all get through this year but we certainly need to keep looking out for each other & not presuming all is ok .....💕💕💕

Dogs & children can re-teach us so much 💛

What a fabulous dog park with such beautiful views of Sydney .. I am finding I am running , laughing & jumping more since we bought Indi home ... She has kept us healthy through isolation because she is such an active pup . It is wonderful to feel like a big kid 😊.. .. .
