Another birthday… another cake 🥹🎂✨

Brown butter pumpkin cake with maple cream cheese frosting and it is SO good. 🍁🎃 So moist and perfectly spiced! Might be my favorite cake I’ve made yet!!

The recipe is from @freshaprilflours and had to add some spooky sprinkles 👻🕸️

Definitely one I’ll be making again! 🧡

Apple Cider Donuts!!! 🍎🍩🍂🤭

My first time EVER making donuts anddd my first time EVER deep frying anything!! I’m so happy with how these turned out and they were so fun to make! Excited to fry (and stink up my kitchen) more in the future 🥸

Recipe is from @bromabakery! So easy to follow, hardest part is being patient while the apple cider reduces! 🍎

Pumpkin cinnamon swirl bread with maple brown butter glaze (gluten-free too!) 🎃🍁🍂🍞😩🤤

Recipe is from @scientifically.sweet, didn’t get a ton of swirl action, but it is amazing nonetheless 🤌 since I used gluten free flour, I used 1/2 cup of milk instead of the original 2/3 cup

The maple brown butter glaze recipe is from @latimesfood 😩🍁🧈 Sprinkled some flaky salt on top to balance out the sweetness of the glaze and WOW🧂🍁

Kira rated this a 10/10 — “fucking amazing” and I agree 🤭

Definitely making this one again 🎃🍂✨

When I’m not baking…I’m cooking! Here’s a dump of some of my meals 🍽️

Starting off with 🍅 tomato soup with olive rosemary focaccia. this was my first time making focaccia and it was so much easier than I expected! Recipe is from @zoebakes

🍝 Penne with vodka sauce + sausage crumbles
🤤 First time making vodka sauce from scratch and wow!! So simple, creamy and worth the extra effort. Recipe is from @grossypelosi 100% will make again!

🍛 Jambalaya with red beans
This is one of my all-time favorite meal preps! Such a comforting, flavorful, and healthy meal + it makes great leftovers!

🌶️ Buffalo chicken chili with white beans
Another cozy meal prep! One of my favorite types of chili, I’ve made this recipe several times. Top it with some blue cheese to garnish 🤌💋
Recipe is from @halfbakedharvest

🥗 Bruschetta chicken salad with mozzarella, balsamic vinaigrette + crostini on the side.
Quick lunch i threw together with ingredients I already had laying around!

🥔 Loaded baked potato soup
Expect to see many more soups on this page in the future, please send me soup recipes I should make 😍 this one turned out great

🫐 Homemade buttermilk blueberry pancakes
I had never made pancakes from scratch before and oh my they hit different. I had some amazing pancakes at a diner and thought “I could make these at home,” and yes I could! Definitely making again. by @syds.kitchenn

Cinnamon Crunch Swirled Banana Bread 🍌🤎🍞
A recipe from @halfbakedharvest 🙌

This would be the perfect dessert-for-breakfast treat! I was a little concerned I’d over-baked it when I pulled it out of the oven, but was just the cinnamon crunch caramelized 🤤

Swipe to see how I transported a hot loaf pan to my friend’s house 🤪

Very special bday cake for a very special roomie 🥰🎂🎁

Dark chocolate cake with vanilla cream cheese frosting 🙌 Gluten free!

This is only my 3rd cake I’ve ever frosted, and I’m so happy with how it turned out! 🩷🎂🎉

Frosting tip: dipping the metal spatula in cold milk while smoothing the cake makes it so much easier to get a clean finish 🙌

It turned out great but as the baker I have to self-critique 😆 Next time I’d add a little more salt to the frosting. I forgot to taste/tweak the salt level before I started icing, an extra pinch would’ve balanced the sweetness perfectly!

*Brief* break from fall baking for these heart shaped brownie bites with strawberry-raspberry jam filling 🍫❤️🍓 (gluten free)

This cast iron heart pan is my latest thrift store find, and I simply could not live without her. Expect to see many more heart shaped things in the future 😋🩷

Cast iron definitely presents some challenges with a shape this delicate. Enjoy a video of me trying to shake these out of the pan… only to see they were still raw 🫠 BUT I put them back in the oven and they came out fudgy and delicious!

Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies 🎃🍪🤎

Made the recipe from @bromabakery and they were so chewy with the perfect pumpkin to chocolate ratio

Made these for my work potluck and they were a hit… only downside? I didn’t make enough leftovers for myself 😭
