Why a brilliant drama suddenly seems waste of time!

We wait for #episode but now getting highly disappointed.

No words to say... @Salman_ARY needs to work on direction, writer too.

REVIEW: Mitti De Baway - Identity of Pakistan | Green Entertainment

This is not a drama. This is CINEMA on television.

#MittiDeBaway feels completely different from the usual Pakistani dramas. From the very first episode, it creates a strong, raw, haunting atmosphere. The true Punjabi setting, pure Punjabi grammar, authentic words and pronunciation, folk culture, beautiful visuals, and haunting music - everything transports you to that Mitti.

OUTSTANDING CASTING - A CLASS CAN'T BE DEFINED:

Superb casting, direction, and production on another level. This is what we call an all-star cast.

Wahaj Ali - What a transformation! The all new body build, the intensity in his eyes, the raw power - he IS Bala. A complete Mirzapur-level entry. Superstar material.

Mahira Khan, Aena Khan (Young Bilqees), Fazal Hussain (Young Bala), Samiya Mumtaz, Junaid, Sahiba Afzal & Afzal Khan (John Rambo) - EVERY single actor has delivered an Oscar-level performance.

The chemistry between Mahira Khan, Aena, Fazal, and Wahaj feels so natural and powerful. And the biggest highlight - Samiya Mumtaz. Tonight's episode was a MASTERCLASS. Out of the world expressions, dialogue delivery - WOW! She absolutely nailed two completely different looks in MDB with immaculate perfection. She commands the screen.

The way the story moves between love, conflict, revenge, and the consequences of the past makes it more interesting than a straightforward romance. It's a thriller, action, romance, folk drama - all in one.

The Writer Deserves an #Oscar. Breathtaking writing. Stunning cinematography. Every frame is a painting.

The moment these first two episodes dropped, I was hooked. I'm almost lost for words. It feels so good to fall back in love with Pakistani television. This is the Identity of Pakistan from PTV till Green Entertainment.

After Pamaal, Kabli Pulao, Duniyapur - Green has done it again. But Mitti De Baway is on another level.

Indeed we all wish, just like Mirzapur became a movie, this too should be converted into a movie along with Duniyapur. This universe deserves the big screen. 5 Million+ views on trailer & counting is just the beginning.

A must-watch. A trendsetter. Pure Class. by @syedomarali3
