Today's soul naked summer: we spend billions trying to stay young, biohacking our way out of old age. And as someone in her 50s, I think about how to stay vibrant too. But I've realized it doesn't come in a bottle. It's my curiosity. People who stay curious have better moods, stronger relationships, sharper memory, even longer life. Curiosity literally lights up the brain's reward centers, which is exactly what we're chasing when we buy all those brain supplements. So I want to keep looking at this world like it's a wondrous, miraculous piece of art to be alive on this planet. I never want to look at a forest and say been there done that.
