For those who don’t know the face behind the 🕷️ it’s nice to finally meet you! My name is Brady, although most people know me as Grady, and I love doing all things behind the camera.

My work falls into two main categories: directed shoots and live events. Directed shoots are where we sit down, plan out a concept together, and build it from the ground up. Events are the opposite. I’m right in the middle of everything catching it as it happens, and those end up being some of the best shots.

What’s the easiest way to book me?

1. Head to bradytakespics.com
2. Click the 3 lines in the top right corner
3. Click “contact”
4. Scroll down and follow the questions to finish your booking!

OR…

My inboxes are open 24/7 on @brady.takespics & @gradybleason to accept bookings!

I hope to hear from you soon 🕸️ #gradybleason taken in Houston, Texas by @symphany.co

The boys are back in town 🏌️ @firewheelgolfpark

This was our team's first time shooting a golf event, we learned so much throughout the production.

We can't wait to keep exploring the creative paths we can bring to sports media.

Huge thanks to Firewheel Golf Park in Garland, Texas for working with us to bring their ideas to life 🙌

Comment "SCHEDULE" and we'll DM you our year-round cleaning routine! 🫧

That way, you can hand it straight to whoever cleans your building 🤝

Most offices don't have a cleaning problem. They have a frequency problem.

This is what a real scope of work looks like.

Daily → restrooms, trash, high-touch points, break room, entry floors.

Weekly → full dusting, baseboards, window sills, detail vacuuming under the desks.

Monthly → interior and exterior glass, light fixtures, HVAC vents, high dusting.

Semi-annual or annual → carpet extraction, scrub and recoat, VCT strip and refinish.

That bottom line is the one everybody skips. It's also the one that decides whether your floors last 5 years or 15.

Want to know where your building actually stands? Ask your cleaners what gets done monthly.

If nobody can answer that, nothing is getting done monthly.

We've been writing these schedules for Texas offices, clinics, and schools for 14+ years. The PDF has all four lists, plus the pro notes we train our own crews on 😉

Comment "SCHEDULE" and I'll send it over!

This is what a 14-hour deep cleaning we performed this week looked like... 🤯

Yesterday, we cleaned a 250,000 sq ft Trucking Business in the heart of Houston, Texas.

Thanks to @averittofficial for trusting us for the last 4 years, with their janitorial & floor maintenance 🥳🧼
