Capture the Moments ~
.
Speak Minimal, Observe & Listen More.

It is said that each one of us is born with fixed number of Breaths, so breathe slow and deep. Wasting your breaths away over useless stuff is probably one of the greatest blunders.

Dogs have an average life span of 13 years, why ? See their breathing, it’s swift and frantic.
And Now see how Tortoise and Whales breathe. It’s Calm, Deep and can hold their breaths upto extensive periods of time.
And they live for hundreds of years.

Do you see the pattern here ?
Observe things around you at your disposal meticulously and apply their inferences into your life to make most out of it.
