Grateful ✨

Grateful to God for another year of life and so many lessons. Grateful for love and community!! Grateful for opportunities….. I am just grateful!

Getting older can seem scary sometimes because of all the timelines I have given myself. But hunnie …age also brings wisdom, and I have seen that manifested true and true in my life. Here’s to another year of growth, blessings, and becoming more of who I’m meant to be. by @syntycheb

Meet Syntyche Bishop — Voice & Performance Mentor at Capisterre Music.

An award-winning, multi-hyphenate artiste working across acting, directing, singing, and coaching, Syntyche is a Resident Player with the National Theatre Arts Company of Trinidad & Tobago and has toured England and Belize with the Suite Chorale. Her stage has stretched from the Actor's Chapel on Broadway to the Hard Rock Hotel New York and aboard Carnival Cruise Line and a film she stars in is currently streaming on Disney+ Europe.

I love going to the beach because of the peace I feel being next to the beautiful water. I’m not particularly a go in the water kind of girlie for many reasons. If I do though, chances are the water nice! by @syntycheb

Exactly one week post opening of Dr. Efebo Wilkinson’s Same Khaki Pants. An intense month but worth every minute of it. An amazingly talented group of creatives came together, from the production team to the cast members, to tell part of our Trinidadian story. Team work really does make the dream work.

D tired I felt when this process was over because of the many things my mind had to focus on over the last 2-3 months 😩😮‍💨 I am constantly reminded of the importance of taking care of my body and mind. A word for the year: Show yourself love and give yourself grace. #samekhakipantsworldtour
