I missed my regularly scheduled training session so I got it done at 830 at night. #isoextremelunges are an amazing way to build capacity and to recover from training, competition or, in my case, hip replacement surgery. My friend and colleague @davidbuer says I should be able to get up a 3am and perform. He is right. No excuses by @systemxperformance
