Amikor kipróbálsz egy új edzésformát és a legfőbb gyakorlat az, hogy megpróbálod bent tartani a szerveidet. 💀 Nem hiszem, hogy a funkcionális köredzés a kedvencem lesz, megismerkedtem az angolul úgy nevezett "Pukie the Clown" sportolás utáni hatással. (edzés utáni átmeneti rosszullét). „Gyere, próbáld ki velem ezt, jó móka lesz!”

Fordítás: 72 órára rákattanok, úgyhogy most átvonszollak egy 4 órás, vérre menő edzésen, anélkül, hogy észrevenném, hogy órák óta nem ittunk egy korty vizet sem, és nem ettünk semmit... A barátaim a saját kárukon tanulták ezt meg. Pontosan tudják, hogy ez egy csapda, és velem nem létezik se „kezdőbarát túra”, se „csak egy laza ütögetés”, se „egyáltalán nem emelünk nehezet”. És ne gyere hozzám az építkezésre se segíteni.

🩷 On September 9, 2024, I went for a completely routine annual breast ultrasound. I had no symptoms, yet I left with a shocking, alarming result in my hand. The following weeks passed under the sign of total uncertainty: surgery, removal of the lump, and four agonizing weeks waiting for the results. I couldn't comprehend why this was happening to me, as none of the risk factors for breast cancer applied to me... Back then, the histology finally brought reassuring, benign results.
Today (exactly 2 years after that first shocking ultrasound), I was at my last highly important, closing follow-up ultrasound. My result today was fantastic: my report was placed in the safest, completely benign category, so from now on, it's enough to just attend the regular annual screenings. (So BI-RADS 4, then 3, now 2.)
When I talk about this 2-year journey, I am always confronted with how many people skip these examinations. Yet if I hadn't gone then, it would have never been discovered, as the lump had no symptoms at all and couldn't be felt. I learned from the doctors that breast cancer usually develops silently and unnoticed, and benign lesions can also transform over time. It is also a misconception that this is only a disease for those over 40, as I met a lot of younger women at the clinic.
