I would say, it’s different from most Gamjatangs I had. The broth is cleaner and it’s not that spicy! The pork? Fall of the bone still! Paired with Purple Rice of course!

Came for the Katsu, ended up loving the tongue and the sauces!!! Garlic Nego Miso sauce + Gyukatsu Sauce + Sansho Pepper Salt

I’m actually surprised how good their drinks were!

🫗 horchata - not grainy, cinnamon is very well balanced, doesn’t overpower the whole drink
⭐ 10/10

🫗 matcha coconut - I’m very picky when it come to matcha, I usually just choose coconut milk or foam over coconut water and this is my first time trying it. I WOULD GO BACK JUST TO GET THIS AT ANY DAY
