01/10/2026 NO PALANTIR IN THE NHS | Back the Break Clause | Drop Palantir protests - Soho square, Palantir Hq

Yesterday over 40 protests took place nationwide as part of a global day of action against the genocidal US military tech company that has got its hands on our NHS Federated data platform when it was awarded the contract by Rishi Sunak in 2023.

We are extremely concerned with Palantirs access to population data in the NHS- as this company is a US based based military tech company whos CEO Peter thiel prides himself on involvement of facilitation of Gaza genocide, using health data in the US to facilitate ice operations, breaching data protection at behest of the US government. Whose to say they wont replicate replicate that policy here?

Peter Thiel also openly bragged about Palantirs involvement in the mass pager terorist attacks in lebanon. Not to suprising he was also close friends with Eptien and is known white supremacist .

Palantir have access to staff email addresses, names, contact details, all personalminformation, and ofcoursee ifentifiable patient information. They have said they are unable to keep track of or audit who has access to this. Deapite this data insecure and vreach of data protection, 69% of health service trusts have already adopted the platform. But over the 2-3 years since adoption, many are now finding the software is not is not compatible or feasible for healthcare use.

The overwhelming majority of Britian and thousands of healthworkers nationwide are calling for Labour to exercise the break clause in Palantir’s seven-year contract which is coming up in November 2026.

NHS Trust have a duty of care to our patients and demand that NHS Trusts back the break clause. And the UK gov tear up its contract with Palantir Technologies, keeping the genocidal US software company out of NHS patient data for good!

The NHS was Founded on 5 July 1948 on the principle that healthcare should be available to all and delivered in a way that respects human rights, including the right to privacy, the NHS now risks this founding principle being compromised by a contract with a company contributing to genocide in Gaza. And whose access to staff email addresses, names, contact details, all personal information , and ofcoursee identifiable patient information is unregulated. With the militry company admitting they cannot account who has access to this information in their company.

Palantir shouldn’t play such a significant role in the UK public sector- new report by the Science, Innovation and Technology Committee warns. Stressing that it’s not the only company capable of providing the ‘middleware’ required by public bodies.

Israel targets healthcare workers and health infrustructure as a strategy of genocide.

Israel has killed over 1700+ healthworkers in Palestinian since 2023, and bombed every single hospital (36), most repeatedly, burning others to the ground.

Healthworkers have been abducted by Israel, raped to death, tortured, starved, and many still held hostage & arbitrarily detained, such as @dr.hussam73.

Targetting healthcare is a war crime under international law & Geneva conventions, yet Israel is given impunity and legitimacy by our respective governments and media propaganda working in tandem to facilitate genocide.

Israel doesn’t want any healing, regeneration, recouperation, rehabilitation of the Palestinians. By their own admission it is against their camapign of ethnic cleansing, and they only want death and destruction as fast as possible & by any means necessary.

Israel has accelerated their campaign of ethnic cleansing in Gaza, Westbank & Lebanon with impunity.

Westbank violence is out of control. Aid blocked. Famine spreading. Daily military bombardment despite “ceasefire”. UN & NGO wharehouses bombed. Palestinians slaughtered daily. Children killed for flying kites. Hospitals out of oxygen. British aid workers killed by the IOF. The situation is critical & inhumane.

Andy Burnham has said Labour didn’t get it right on Gaza. Now is his opportunity to make it right.

Newly appointed foreign minister, Ed Milliband, and Stephen Doughty (newly appointed Middle East Minister), must do their duty to defend British citizens & British interests over Israeli genocide.

The UN has declared Israel is comitting genocide. The UK government has failed to act on the ICJ advisory opinion so far & must comply with domestic & international law to prevent genocide (as signitors to the Geneva convention).

19/07/26- | JURY REFUSED TO CONVICT DEFENDANTS FOR DESTROYING ISRALI WEAPONS USED IN GAZA GENOCIDE

On 10th July, the jury asked a question to the court on whether or not the defendants would also be sentenced as terrorists if they were convicted. The Judge responded saying that was a matter for him to consider, and not for the jury to worry about.

Today the Jury decided for him.

They were each accused on a joint enterprise basis, of assisting or encouraging the action at Elbit Systems’ Filton weapons factory on August 6th 2026, which led to the destruction of 40 Israeli weapons, including quadcopter drones. Elbit Systems is Israel’s largest weapons firm, which produces 85% of Israel’s military drone fleet, used to massacre Palestinians in Gaza.

In response to the verdicts, the Filton 25 Defence Committee said:

“By bringing these charges, the state attempted to justify their disproportionate proscription of the group. Despite the odds being stacked against them, the prosecution failed to convict those present of a single offence.

Today’s verdict comes after each of the defendants already spent up to 18 months in prison without convictions. They were all held on remand as ‘terrorist prisoners’ for well beyond the pre-trial custody time limit of six months. Today’s verdict highlights how the prolonged remand of Palestine Action activists is a way of punishing people before they are able to face trial.

‼️🏥🛳️ALL EYES ON THE FREEDOM FLOTILLA (Kate)

On the 16th of August we joined the @gazafreedomflotilla in Bristol to bid farewell to UK medics and humanitarian activists on board the “Kate”, who are about to embark on a humanitarian mission to break the illegal siege on Gaza.

A siege which has been used to impose a forced famine by Netenyahu to excelarate Israels ethnic cleansing project- for which the ICC issued a warrent on Netenyahu for using starvation as a weapon of war. The UN and all humanitarian organisations have declared Israel is comitting a genocide.

This illegal siege goes back to 1990s, where Israel made it increasingly difficult for Palestinians and commercial goods to enter or leave Gaza, which along with the West Bank and East Jerusalem has been under Israeli military occupation since 1967.

Third party countries possess clear, binding legal obligations to prevent and not be complicit in violations of international humanitarian law, war crimes, and plausible acts of genocide. But we have seen a complete failure by our respective government to act.

Therefor it is left to moral citizens of the world to do the job that our global leaders have failed to do, taking direct action to prevent genocide.
