The things you can accomplish when you stop making excuses and get out of your own damn way are endless.
We’re marking year 4 of this journey today.
Don’t rush it
Believe in yourself
Go on those days you wanna quit
Go on those days you have zero motivation
Do it tired
Do it broken
JUST DO IT
Because we don’t get this far to only get this far!
If I’m able to be an inspiration to others to start their own journey I’ve accomplished something

2022⏭️2025
Dedication, consistency and discipline have brought me this far and it’s gonna take me even farther! Starting my journey at 240 and now even closer to my goal of 180 (currently 189) has only been possible because of those three things. This lifestyle change has been amazing and I can’t wait to see what else I’m capable of! This isn’t easy at all, but what good things are?! You have to give energy to get energy and I’m GIVING all of mine! God is good y’all but do the work to see the results 🙏🏻 #gym #discipline #dedication #musclemami #gymlife #gymgirl #gymrat #godwilling #blessed #godisgood by @t.fierce_impackt

I bought these pants in Florida while I was on vacation. To say when I put them on they did a little rip…fast forward to today and just LOOK AT HOW GOOD THEY FIT!!
I only restarted my journey 8 months ago but there’s been slow progress. But seeing this and the results of the work I’ve been putting in is CRAZY to me!!
It’s a lot of hard work YES, consistency, determination, discipline, blood, sweat and tears. But it is ALL WORTH IT!!
One foot in front of the other, one step at a time, day by day!! Just keep swimming!!

Got in a workout with coach yesterday! Even though it was FaceTime I needed that for sure. @buckgrinds @jonathan_buckles I truly can’t thank you enough for putting up with my ass as a coach and a friend. Imma keep showing up for myself, period.
