Making book blanks for those who like a more simpler method of filling their dollhouse shelves. I’ve made about 13 different sizes in a mix of curved spines and straight spines. #littlestickhouseminiatures #dollhouseminiatures #booksbooksbooks #booklover #detailsdetails by @t.j.est.1986

I vended at my first dollhouse and miniatures show Oct 4th in Frederick, MD. For my first one, I say it was a success. If you know me, you know this was a major step for me. Thanks to Kimberley Feys for inviting me and to everyone for their help and support and those who supported my business. I think I may have caught a show bug( if there’s a thing) because I definitely can’t wait to do more 😆. I’m a little late with posting because I needed a mini break and Im also halfway through fall semester and so need to refocus my mind on school and off minis.( it’s hard 🙃) #littlestickhouseminiatures #tjest1986 #dollhouseshow #frederickminiaturespectacular by @t.j.est.1986

6 tiles down. About 250 more to go. 😬😅 After looking at the different types of parquet tile for my #garfielddollhousekitchen I decided, “I can make my own”. Method involves cutting 1/16th inch strips from thin veneer, thin gluing to 1inch squares of cardstock, then cutting in diamonds to glue on 1”squares of chipboard. ….. say a prayer for me and don’t look too closely to notice the imperfections. 🤭🤗 #tjest1986 #littlestickhouseminiatures by @t.j.est.1986

Vendor Spotlight for our next show!

Little Stick House is more than just a name; it's a reflection of a lifelong passion. Growing up, Tasha was always drawn to creating worlds in miniature, from playing with her Fisher Price dollhouse and building with Lincoln Logs to crafting little homes from sticks and rocks outdoors.
This love for dollhouses and miniatures was solidified almost 20 years ago when she received her first dollhouse kit at 17. Now, with children of her own, her passion for the tiny and detailed has only grown.
As a born-and-raised Southern girl, much of her inspiration comes from Tasha’s roots. While you may occasionally find items in different sizes, her focus is primarily on the 1:12 scale. Make sure to visit her at our show, Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 10 am - 3 pm.

Preregistration is now open for tickets + for you to register for one of our fun workshops. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/frederick-miniature-spectacular-2025-tickets-1450768340159?aff=ebdssbdestsearch

Or, you can pay for tickets at the door - cash only.
