To the Breathtaking Beta Chi Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated. When I walked into the presence of Beta Chi, I felt something that words could barely capture. You didn’t just preach sisterhood—you lived it, breathed it, stood on it with unwavering pride. That’s when I knew, without a doubt, that I had made the right decision. Thank you for welcoming me into a GREATER sisterhood, one that has given me bonds stronger than I ever dreamed possible. I am forever grateful. To R.O.Σ My Sisters, My Best Friends. You are the unexpected blessing I didn’t even know I needed. I never imagined building a bond with so many women so quickly, yet here we are—forever intertwined. Thank you for the laughter that healed me, for the lessons that shaped me, for the conflicts that strengthened us, and for the love that never wavered. Y’all are more than sisters—you are my heart. I’m so proud of the women you are and the legacy you carry. Keep preserving the standard. Keep being the light. To D.O.R My first set of Neo’s. Watching you step into your own, carry our name with pride, and uphold the legacy has been one of my greatest joys. Even though our time is running out, the love we built was real and lasting. Remember, I’m never far—just a call away. Keep your foot on their necks. Represent Beta Chi fiercely and fearlessly. To 11 G.R.E My Second Set of Neo’s. The babies . Your energy, your fire, your determination—it’s everything this chapter could ever hope for and more. The real work begins now, but you are more than ready. Continue stepping into every room with your heads high and your hearts bold. The future is yours to shape. Make Beta Chi proud—I know you will. I love you endlessly. Let the countdown begin 🎓🙏🏾 As I look back on my journey through sports medicine during my college years, my heart is so full of gratitude. Becoming a student aide has been more than just a role — it’s been a part of who I am growing into, and I owe so much of that to the people who believed in me and helped guide me along the way. Jackie, Jordan, Ronnie, Sierra, Veronica, John, Courtney, and DaVonna — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Each of you left a mark on me, not just through the skills you taught, but through the way you showed up every single day for your athletes and for us as students. Your patience, encouragement, and constant example gave me the courage to step into my own potential. I’m so proud to be a reflection of the people who helped shape me. Thank you for believing in me even when I didn’t always believe in myself. I carry all your lessons with me as I continue this journey, and I’m forever grateful for the impact you’ve had on my life. This program taught me so much more than just sports medicine. It taught me leadership, how to be patient even in the most high-pressure moments, and how to truly be present and aware of the needs of others. Those lessons will stay with me forever, both on and off the field. Episode 1 Out of 3 Grad Posts 📝🐝 by @t.paradise35
