🔥 Last weekend was probably the most fun I had all summer and it all started with the 2026 Women’s Basketball Alumni Game 🔥
Yall are some dogs! Nobody was backing down from anybody. Every woman on that court looked like they were going for 50, and I wouldn’t want noooo smoke. Loved seeing the same fire and killer instinct get lit like back then. This was also the first time I shot a sporting event, so it was truly an honor 🫶🏾🏀.

Where does the bird go when it storms?

Sometimes, things happen. Matter of fact, things happen all the time. Somewhere, elsewhere. Anywhere but here.

But not this time.

As I walk through these streets of destruction, I see green giants—temples of time—whose stories have come to an abrupt end. I’m sorry.

Uprooted from stability, they become a metaphor for the families affected. An accumulation of hard work, memories, and years gone with the wind.

The school, which just celebrated its most recent graduates, bears witness to this tragedy. And yet, miraculously Christ still stands.

Where does the bird go when it rains? I don’t know, but I always see him afterward.

Carrying my camera everywhere I go has really helped me appreciate moments we overlook day to day. This gentleman here was stranded and stressed, but still kind enough to let me photograph his 1932 Ford Coupe. It pleased him that something he cherished was able to draw out felicity in others. Before heading off to a car show, he gave me a big smile and two thumbs up. A gesture that reminded me just how much beauty there is in connection, even in the unlikeliest moments. by @t.sabb_
