Cash buying companies get a bad rep. Many people see them in a negative light and I understand there are sharks in every corner of industry but let’s just discuss this for a moment.

If you have a good quality property, have lots of time and don’t have any hidden complications then your obvious route might be to sell on the open market for full market value.

There are also occasions where sellers need another option. A break in a sales chain or a move abroad might require speed. Sometimes properties are un-mortgageable and a cash buyer is required. Maybe the property is in poor condition and needs a lot of investment. Your circumstance could also be a mixture of all the above.

The fact is, sometimes you need a solution that isn’t on the open market, it’s about working with reliable and transparent buyers to help you reach a suitable and fair outcome. No lies, no pressure.
