This is why you should work with a service company for your cafe.

Your equipment is only as good as the service you can receive for it, and the parts on hand. Working with a qualified service company means less downtime, and more time making coffee for your customers.

The things we do to make our rebuild sparkle! It's a pain in the ass, but worth it every time.

Here’s a beautiful project carried out by @t2_mtl and @atelier.landry for @cafe_blou.

This gorgeous 2014 GB5 EE was picked up earlier this summer by Tanner and Emrys from @t2_mtl.

Viviann and Mathilde from Café Blou approached me with their idea, and this machine had the perfect potential to bring their vision to life while staying within budget.

In collaboration with @t2_mtl , we completed a full revison in their workshop and refreshed the machine’s look to match Café Blou’s aesthetic.

We’re very proud of the result!
Huge thanks to our friends at @cafe_blou for their trust. Wishing them all the success with their opening.

Stop by to admire their machine while enjoying a great coffee and a fresh homemade bagel 🥯☕️ taken in Café Blou by @t2_mtl
