T3 Family! We back with another video, today I’m showing yall what a group session with 7 high level players looks like 🔥 The session was focused on live reads and reps! Leading up to this session I’ve been in the gym with all of these players working on the details behind the reads they want to make and understanding the timing and cues needed for those reads.

Sometimes you can definitely benefit from some live sessions where uncertainty, chaos and pressure exist to help prepare you for game situations. Not saying every session needs to be but a healthy dose 🙏🏾

Yoo, we back!!! Check out the start of this workout I did with my guys @dengmanyang13 and @elijahmackenroth 🔥🔥🔥
When warming up I try and challenge players in different ways that I believe will help them frame their decision making for the rest of the session 📈 this session in particular I wanted them to focus on ball security, being deceptive with their shots and pickups and reading close outs and space when shooting off the dribble 📈 Try some of these drills and let me know how you and your friends go!!
