DECOLONIZE

Life can be good here in the states.
At the expense of others whose colors we hate.

A life of convenience and luxury at the expense of those poor people overseas.
Who struggle and toil, whose diamonds we seize.

I have been a blind, smug settler-colonialist pig.
Going along with the status quo thinking; I’ll make it big!

I’m awake now and don’t like what I’m seeing.
The whole world is watching but not being humanbeings.

We pay to slaughter kids, ignore their plight.
Instead of having the courage to stand and fight.

Nature is kind to everyone no matter how evil you are. It gives unconditionally without requiring payment or thanks.
I try to be like that.
Religion divides us while money and greed makes others poor.

Greed, prejudice and willful ignorance are daily choices and have to be worked at to maintain.
Equality, kindness and compassion need the same.

I do find I have a Great Heart and Spirit buried under my colonized mind.
When I crawl out from under it, pain is what I find.

Still I have hope because the only constant in this world is change.

For even if we devastate the earth and kill each other off
Mother Nature will heal herself all the same.
She’ll be better off without us and from the dis-ease we cultivated called hatred, greed and self importance without shame.

A late 1970’s photo… The young me was troubled, wild and free. I had a lot of Pent-Up R@G3 when I was younger. I came from a multi-generational alcoholic family and a father with his own unresolved trauma and having to fit into a “whiteness” peg in society, I guess. So much was his secret shame that he didn’t want me and my brothers to learn Spanish. I remember the paperwork we kids had to fill out in the catholic grade school we were sent to. The choices we had when it came to race was either black or white. Our families had no clue about any connection to culture and family members didn’t talk about Indigeneity. As kids my brothers and I where hit by hand, belt and or physically thrown up against a wall. We were at the mercy of a person who was spiritually lost, emotionally immature and undeveloped and physically abused by his own parents. I was the object of his rage, anger, jealousy and alcoholism. It was the psychological trauma that hurt the most for me. Shamed harshly in public, knuckled on the head for being shy and afraid to talk to people when he wanted to show off his young, first son. I remember as a kid, at least once a stranger trying to protect me from my father, telling my father not to treat me the way he did. Many events like this over time in my youth started to build in me anger, rage, anxiety, depression and a sense of deep shame and self loathing. So much later in my teens and early adult life I wanted to be gone from this world. I developed a deep sense and connection to injustices in life… I never let anyone else that I knew get picked on by bullies if I could help it. So as a teenager some of the ways I released or subdued anxiety and untreated depression was to drink hard, take pills and get into the occasional street fight. The rage building in me was too intense and I had no one to help me work my struggles out back then. Today, over time, my Higher Power has answered my pleading for answers to life and mainly what is the fkn truth about life because life didn’t make any sense to me especially with all the hypocrisy I witnessed, in Catholic Church alone! I MADE IT, GDI 🤲🏽🙏🛹🤎🌍☯️🪶

The Romanized, European, Supremest, Settler-Colonialism and it's principles of control, domination, continuous land theft and endless resource extraction for the few Epstein-Class elites at the top, who have always controlled their puppet regimes; these ideas, are still at the heart of US transnational capitalism. This is how the so-called USA was designed to be and how its wealth and power came to be; built on the backs of slaves after the genocide of Turtle Island's Original, Indigenous Peoples.

I don't think we are going to be able to vote our way out of and completely turn around such a system deeply rooted in greed, inequality, power for the few at the top and the genocidal war profiteering that is integral to this Imperialist Regime we call the US government along with its military and it's deeply embedded Israeli/Zionist supporters. There is also the inertia of those who are privileged enough, completely indoctrinated and or will defend such a system they are currently still benefiting from. I do think that a major change is going to happen, be it by radical revolt and uprising of the majority who are tired of trying to make change happen by voting and being obedient passive consumers for the last 250 years, economic collapse, environmental disasters and or by the internal destruction of endless warmongering led by the elites which has been called an "Imperial Boomerang". On the other hand Trumq, all who support him and the passive taxpaying public are actually helping speed up the fall of another empire while the the rest of the world is watching the Axis Of Resistance, led by Iran, and all other nations supporting them, unify and grow in power Against; US imperialism, “interests”, intervention, capitalism, elitism, control and domination.

Apparently throughout the ages settler-colonizers can't get accumulated wealth and military might without some form of oppressive capitalism and a deeply evil sense of superiority to those who stand in the way of an ever endless need for more wealth, power, material extraction, for continual expansion, control, by, enslavement, land theft, propaganda, taxation, class creation and exploitation. Establishment of a rigged, so called, democratic system that was designed by wealthy white European, land thieves and slave owners making sure that only these all male, elitist, supremest can always stay in power and control as in the his-story of the so-called USA as an example. The majority of the what I call the, "Romanized World", lives in the cages, boundaries and leashes of transnational capitalism run and controlled by the modern supremest elites: The Epstein-Class. The privileged under class who are still benefiting from this system just haven't run to the end of their tethers yet. The current environmental crisis is a reflection of all the above and sustained by, world wide, complicity in warmongering, genocide, ecocide, willful ignorance, inaction, endless extraction of unsustainable consumption, debilitating stress, homelessness, so forth and so on.

In order to reverse the destructive effects of a desperate, failing, imperialist, capitalist, US-Israel, Epstein-Class puppet regime across the planet, there must be, so it seems, a radical world movement towards Indigenous, Land-Based Self Determination and Self Governance.

Prominent NFL team owners (“oligarchs” or billionaires) who are central to the organization and funding of the Super Bowl have a well-documented history of donating to causes in Israel.

For myself, I have to always ask; are my mind, my thinking and my actions created by my own true nature. I ask myself this as I awaken out from the matrix of settler colonialism because of its continual and consistent oppression of truth. I call this, decolonizing my mind and the healing from such historical violence of cultural r*pe; Reindigenizing my life.

All peoples of this planet have lived only one of two ways; Indigenous or colonized.
