LSE Welcome Week πŸ’› Well… this was popular! 😍 We joined LSE for their Welcome activities with a table full of simple ways to pause, create and connect β€” friendship bracelet making, Matchbox Affirmations and our Aromatherapy Station. And we were genuinely blown away by the response. Students stopped by, pulling up a chair, making bracelets, blending their own aromatherapy and creating little boxes of positivity to take away. But our favourite bit? Watching people arrive on their own, start chatting across the table and leave having made a new connection. πŸ₯Ή Because sometimes wellbeing doesn’t need to be complicated. A shared table, something to make with your hands and a reason to start a conversation can be enough. A VERY busy, very happy Zen table. πŸ’›πŸ©·πŸ’™ Thank you LSE for having us β€” what a way to kick off the new academic year ✨ by @t__z__p
