“Sit” opens on Friday 25th September 6 - 11:30pm in sweet schillerkeiz accompanied by the gentle pitter patter paws of Karl von Hammerstein (live), Clara and Casual Max.

Based in Berlin, Karl von Hammerstein is a musician and songwriter working across several projects and band formations. With live performance and exploration at the heart of his practice, he revisits and reimagines compositions in different musical settings. This time, he joins Julian Ruhe and Thomas Kock for a trio set with a drum machine, moving between musical worlds through improvisation, psychedelic textures and lo-fi sound.

Born and raised in Northern France, Clara has built her musical journey through different experiences and environments, digging and reflecting on sounds as ways to process emotions. Influenced from an early age by Belgium underground culture, her style reflects a constant experimentation as a means to create meaningful stories through a sensual and electric soundscape.

As someone who has been carefully combing through the annals of the weird and the wonderful for around 10 years, the music that Casual Max supplies touches on the sublime and the ridiculous, and explores different areas of sound that focus on raw experimentation and live sound.

The show gathers 9 international artists showcasing works made with dog hair, for the Dog or of the Dog.
