Cavaliers 2026 Snare Break

This one feels pretty good to play ngl. Just got these Collin McNutt sticks at DCI Denton so i’m trying to break them in. It’s been a little while since i’ve posted, but there’s a few things this season that I want to learn/post, so they’ll be coming.

Rhythm X Part 3 Snare Break—

This was a FUN one to play, but man was this a chop out, after each rep the forearms were BURNING. Watching it back, had an iffy beginning, but finished out fairly well. I could’ve been more relaxed throughout the whole phrase.

One thing I found it especially hard to adapt and learn to apply was the different pressure changes, that was a challenge in it of itself. I’m BEGGING anyone for advice on this🙏🏿‼️

P.S. amazing job to @rhythmxinc for first place at WGI Finals, it was an AMAZING show and insanely clean.

Spettacolo: Tabula Rasa (Translation for “Blank Slate”).

And that was it. 7+ years of hard work and dedication has led to its eventual climax, and man what a ride it’s been. I love you all more than you’ll ever know. What was put on that stage was possible due to each and everyone’s passion and dedication to this program, despite the many challenges, God knows how many there were, we pushed through and steered the boat ourselves.

To the Plano Drumline, thank you. For everything. We’ve deserved this since the beginning, feel proud, feel accomplished, you did it. To say that we still put on a program like Spett given the circumstances, as far as i’m concerned we’re the best drumline in the world. I LOVE each and every single one of you guys, know that.

To my friends and family, thank you. Thank you for supporting me through every step, every challenge, experiencing the highs and lows with me, all of it. Your support does not go unnoticed and i’m eternally grateful and in debt.

To the Plano staff, thank you. You guys stepped up when we (the students) needed it most. Because of you guys, we were given the final amount of push and energy and encouragement to put this thing together. Friday and Saturday night, we didn’t only play for our peers, we played for you guys as well. Your help means the world to us. Thank you.

We did it. To the future Plano Drumline’s, this is what it’s all about. Keep inspiring, keep working, keep supporting, and you will conquer any obstacle in your way.

To everyone i’ve met along this journey, thank you for accepting me. The memories made along the way are precious and priceless, I’ll never forget you. We are Plano.

Infinity 2026 Opening Snare Break‼️
First wgi post kinda nervous, something calm but this is really fun to play, I think looking back on this, I could have maxed out a little more on accent-tap heights, creating a clearer sound in my playing, though I don’t think this a bad result; as always, tips/critiques always welcome, I want to continue to get better!
