What are YOU doing to make a difference?

Some days, making a difference looks like something big.
Other days, it looks like simply showing up. ❤️

Today, we’re celebrating our incredible students, our amazing volunteers, and the power of creating opportunities for everyone to participate, grow, and discover what they’re capable of.

This picture says so much more than armwrestling. It’s about connection. Confidence. Encouragement. Community. And having someone beside you who believes in you. 🤝

Our volunteers give their time, energy, and hearts to make moments like this possible. Our students continue to remind us that when you create an opportunity and provide the right support, extraordinary things can happen.

Every grip builds strength.
Every match builds confidence.
Every volunteer makes an impact.
Every student reminds us why we do this. 💙

So this Flex Friday, we want to ask:

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

Maybe it’s volunteering.
Maybe it’s mentoring.
Maybe it’s teaching.
Maybe it’s simply taking the time to believe in someone.

Whatever it is—keep showing up. Keep lifting others up. Keep making a difference.

What you’re watching isn’t just a workout. It’s the beginning of something historic.

We are incredibly proud to be part of the first sports-accredited Armwrestling program currently in a U.S. school! 🇺🇸💪

This program represents much more than Armwrestling. It represents opportunity, inclusion, teamwork, discipline, confidence, and believing that every student deserves a place to compete, grow, and belong.

And none of this happens without people willing to step up and lead the way.

❤️ A HUGE THANK YOU to the incredible volunteer team who has poured their time, energy, knowledge, and heart into making this possible. You showed up. You believed in the vision. You helped build something that had never been done before — and you are now helping create a path for the students who come after us.

This is what happens when passionate people come together with a purpose.

The mission of the TAAP, (The American Armwrestling Project), is to ensure that no armwrestling athlete is left behind—from grassroots competitors taking their first steps in the sport to elite athletes representing their countries on the world stage.

TAAP exists to raise funds that directly support athletes within the USAF, (United States Armwrestling Federation), and the NAAF, (North American Armwrestling Federation), both are certified affiliates of the WAF, (World Armwrestling Federation). The goal is to help remove the financial barriers that often prevent talented competitors from pursuing their dreams in this sport.

Through charitable donations, sponsorships, grants, and community partnerships, TAAP provides financial assistance for travel, lodging, competition expenses, coaching, training, equipment, youth development, and adaptive programs for para-athletes and disabled veterans.

With New Hampshire serving as the foundation for this initiative,, and competitive opportunities.
