I am extremely grateful to have worked in the field of orthopedics for the last 3 years. It has been a pleasure to be given this opportunity to learn from such great healthcare providers and my fellow coworkers. Pan American Championships 🥉🇲🇽

Last year we told ourselves that we were going to come back stronger. This year we were able to showcase our hard work and get on the podium. We’ve had the support from all of our Sensei’s, coaches, teammates, and parents. This would not be possible if not for all of their guidance. Training with the team this past week was great and the energy fueled us. We are grateful for all of the encouraging messages and cheering in the stands!

Thank you to @ikfhawaii and our Sensei’s @georgekotaka @marikane4 for all of the extra trainings. To Sensei @javiermantilla3028 for coaching and working with us in preparation for game day. To @arawazausa for the new gi’s to look our best.
