Curve Into Night (2025) 🪩

Last October, I got to work with a team of audacious women on a project set in one of New York’s classic neighborhoods. Watching this come together was like witnessing an artist paint their first large commission.

To Clarissa, Izzy, Nicole, Katelyn, Zenobia, Deborah, Bethany, Laura, Eve, and Emmy, thank you. This was an experience I’ll always cherish <3

Father, thank you for never leaving my side. You’ve always had my back through birth, sickness, grief, disappointment, and rediscovery. As I enter twenty-six, please continue to guide my steps, mouth, and ears. Amen.

Today is special because my grandfather and I share the same birthday, but this is the first year without him. Happy birthday to us🤸🏾‍♂️🌱🌞🎈🥂🌷🦋

Lastly, I’m excited to share that we’ve been accepted to graduate school :) Thank you to @drvaleriebennett @emmanuelgillespie25 @_jordanad @daishaboardgallery and @tb_allday . This step couldn’t have been taken without your desire to educate. I’m grateful for each of you <3 by @tabari.davis
