Your classes aren’t just workouts, You’ve made fitness fun, built confidence in others, and created a space where everyone feels alive and empowered. ❤️

You’ve built something so special, and it shows in every room you enter and every smile around you. Your love and passion for what you do are truly inspiring, and the beautiful energy you share has touched the lives of many including mine (you already know)🥹❤️

Even though I wasn’t there on your very first class, I’m so grateful that you were the very first friend I met at the gym 🥰❤️

Happy 10 years of turning music into magic and workouts into celebrations! You are truly the one and only Zumba Queen in our hearts 👑🤗❤️ @tabbecat

I can’t wait for more. SPIN IT! 🗣️💖😍

10 years ago, I did the Zumba course never imagining I’d one day be teaching. Fast forward a decade… 1,700+ classes later, and today I celebrated right where it all began 💃

54 of you brought the energy to a 90-minute special this morning — the room was absolutely electric! And then came the surprise of a lifetime… 20 of you secretly had shirts made and revealed them during that strip tease song (now I know why it had to be in the playlist 😂).

I’m beyond grateful for every single one of you. The love, the laughter, the energy you bring to each class means everything to me. It’s been such an incredible journey — and I wouldn’t change a second of it.

Here’s to the next 10 years 🥂 by @tabbecat

A lovely Sunday down the south coast. First stop - a walk over the seacliff bridge! Strange having a jacket on after 41 degrees yesterday! From there, we headed into the Royal National Park to visit Wattamolla, then a walk along the beach at Maianbar followed by some lunch. A rare Sunday off - and it was a damn good day! by @tabbecat
