Twenty years ago I started dating a guy who loved race cars and sweets. I made him think I was sweet 😜

Sixteen years ago today, we got married. And the temperature was a scorching 98 degrees.

In those 20 years we’ve built a life together—our fur baby Lucy, two amazing daughters, cooking adventures, road trips, beach vacations, challenges we never expected, tears and more laughter than either of us could have imagined.

Thank you for loving our girls so well, for working hard for our family, for making the best cookies, for chasing your passions, and reminding me to chase mine!

I had the best time in DC with Aubrey’s 8th grade class. We saw more than I can post, ate well, slept very little. Not gonna lie I was nervous before I went, but I left feeling grateful to witness the care and passion of her teachers. It was a core memory for Aubrey and me! by @tabby_ford
