This camera not only allows me to improve my workflow significantly—it also helps me strengthen the impact of my message.

I’ve had the honor of working with an incredible team on this project. We’ve put in an immense amount of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Our goal is clear: to support women in industries that are mostly dominated by men. This has always been my objective, and this platform has given me the opportunity to achieve it. The SL3 has been the perfect tool for realizing this vision, providing exactly the opportunities needed to make a real difference.

This project is more than just using advanced technology; it’s about building a space where overlooked voices can be heard and appreciated. Importantly, the men in our Leica team are fully supportive of this message and are incredibly supportive of us women. They stand with us as we challenge the usual ways and open doors to a more inclusive industry.

By highlighting these stories, we not only challenge the status quo but also pave the way for a broader, more inclusive perspective. Each photo we take and every story we share through this lens acts as a spark for change, encouraging others to see the world from a wider, more varied viewpoint.

Cheers to this new era — thank you @leica_camera_austria.

We only want to bring people into our team who are better than us at what they do. Sounds a little controversial — but it has become one of our biggest learnings while building and growing this company together with our team.

Because growing a team also means accepting that we can’t be the best at everything. It means trusting people to take ownership, letting them challenge us and being genuinely excited when someone brings something to the table that we couldn’t have done better ourselves. Because that’s exactly what has allowed us to grow beyond just the two of us.

So here are 3 reasons why we actively want to work with people who are better than us at what they do.

And most importantly, a little appreciation for the people who prove to us every day why this mindset matters. Very, very grateful for the team (who already turned into friends) we have around us. We love you ladies 🫶🏻✨
