I’ll start off by saying that this meal was incredible @kricketlondon 🕺🏻 One of the best new spots that I’ve tried in a while. I will be back to try the rest of the menu :) here’s what I thought…

TOMATO RASAM PANI PURI
⭐️The pani purri was the perfect light bite to start the meal, the flavous were phenomenal. It tasted so fresh + it was delightfully crispy.

SAMPHIRE PAKORA
⭐️So fragrant and crispy! and the goan saussage pan had the perfect salt level + the coconut, vinagrette was deliciously fresh.

RECHEADO BUTTER PRAWNS.
⭐️These were amazing, and the star of the show for me. They were cooked to perfection, the sauce was fragrant + Zingy. Truly almost the perfect dish!

BAKED HAKE
⭐️This was buttery + Super fresh, and the sauce was delicious, especially when mopped up with the brown butter paratha which was also stunning.

GRILLED LAMB CHOPS
⭐️Perfectly cooked and delicious even the turmenic rice was lovely + flavourful.

Truly an incredible meal. 10/10 recommend. by @tabis.tablee

I always love a Hawksmoor meal, so I felt like I needed to go and try their Sunday roast. Here’s what I thought:

My beer came in a frosted glass, which is always a lovely (and very welcome) touch.

To start, we had the shell on prawns, which were so flavourful and extremely fresh. And my sister had the Caesar salad which was apparently one of the best she’s had in her life.

I had the Beef roast with Hawksmoor stuffing and Mac and cheese. The meat was cooked exactly how I like and it was amazing quality. The potatoes were crispy, the Yorkshire was HUGE, the veg was seasoned perfectly and the roasted garlic was a really nice addition. And to top it off, the gravy was meaty and perfectly salty, the stuffing was incredible and the mac and cheese was as good as ever.

If you’re after a boujee Sunday roast, this is perfect!

Another London food spot ticked off the list! I went to @tacos_el_pastor last night for dinner and it did not disappoint.

We ordered Guacamole & chicharron, baja fish tacos, beef brisket tacos, el pastor tacos, tuna tostada, pollo borracho (build your own chicken taco) and the 5 salsa. I would definitely come back and eat here again!!!! And I am on my mission to find the best taco in London :)

Cheeky lunch at @bleeckerburger

I’ve heard such good things and was dying to try this burger, and it did not disappoint! It looks completely unassuming, but was so meaty and delicious :)

Stunning sushi dinner tonight!!

The maki rolls were delicious, seared salmon nigiri extremely buttery and flavourful, grilled chicken was crispy and tender and the tuna sashimi was incredibly fresh!!! What a hidden gem

This was one of the most delicious new restaurants that I have tried in a long time!

1. Laksa
2. Indian spiced fish and chips
3. Garlic sweet chilli prawns
4. Butter chicken and cheese loaded fries

Every single dish was cooked to perfection and deliciously seasoned. I cannot rave about this meal enough, I would go and eat there every day if I could. This is a 10/10 recommend 🕺🏻

I’ve officially moved up to London and I’m compiling a list of food spots I want to try, this one is a very good start!

📍Spitalfields market📍

I grew up on Hainanese chicken rice in Singapore, and it is still my ultimate death row meal, so naturally I was so excited when I saw a Hainanese chicken rice shop on my lunch break and of course I had to try!

I haven’t been able to find a chicken rice with even near the distinct flavour as the ones from the Hawker markets in Singapore, and this was the closest I have got to finding it in the UK. The rice had the distinct chicken rice flavour I know and love, and if you haven’t had the original, this is a banging healthy and quick lunch!!

Yummy eats from my last month in Japan!!!

I was joined by @jemimahjuk my lovely mum and boy did we enjoy some BANGING meals together.

The most incredible Yakiniku restaurant in Tokyo!!

The meat was DELICIOUS and tender. I always love the grill it yourself element, and this was definitely one of the top meals I’ve had since being in Japan!!! by @tabis.tablee

Ramen Afro beats, Shinjuku

Wow wow wow! I didn’t think I’d like pesto ramen but here we are, never had anything like that before. And it was so nice I had to do it twice! Where I tried a soy sauce based ramen! I loved all the different elements. 10/10!!!! by @tabis.tablee

Today’s lunch… I had the pork rib rice, incredibly flavourful, the sauce and broth equally so!! So fresh! Also tried the crispy pork belly which was so tender but so lovely and crispy on the outside too. Stir fried greens delicious 🤩 The rice paper rolls were assemble yourself and looked incredible!!!
