It feels surreal to say this, but our shop is closing down, Tablón’s last day of service will be October 12th 🫶

Since opening in January 2024, this little café has grown into a community of regulars and friends who’ve made every day so special. From morning coffee runs to silly moments we’ve shared on here, we’re endlessly grateful for the love you’ve shown us!

We can’t stay in this building due to changes in ownership, but this isn’t the end. Our team will be moving to Hearth’s new café in downtown Littleton, where you’ll find us (plus a full kitchen + expanded menu) 🥐🍽️

We’d love to see you before October 12th and again in Littleton for the next chapter!

okay here’s what i get up to all day 👉

before i look like the coffee beans you’re used to seeing, i start out as green coffee! this is how i arrive at the roastery before any roasting happens

into the roaster i go! hot air moves around me while i tumble around inside. as i roast, i lose moisture, change from green to brown + start developing all those coffee flavors you know & love

roast complete! now i’m ready for my next stop

time to get packed up! this machine takes my big batch of freshly roasted beans + portions us out into individual bags

down i go! i’m measured out so every bag gets the right amount of coffee

made it into my bag! i’m portioned out and almost ready to leave the roastery

one last step before i’m ready to go: my bag gets sealed up to keep me protected for the journey ahead

and that’s my day at the roastery! from here, i’ll get picked up and delivered to the cafés, where eventually i’ll get ground, brewed, and turned into your coffee :’) taken in Boulder, Colorado by @tabloncoffee
