Whenever possible I try to involve my boys in all aspects of my life. Getting them to take on challenges that make them nervous or push through uncomfortable - and gaining confidence out the other side, I couldn’t love it more. A great time back packing and fishing into the Uintas with Wesson, Smith, my dad, and Laura! We got caught in the monsoon rain for a while, hunkered down and it was beautiful 🏔️ ⛅️ 🌲🎣 by @tachristensen

Time with my little boys has been a PEAK experience for me! So many moments, interactions, lessons, I have gained and shared the novelty - with my boys and Laura. “Stopping time” is being intentional with what time we have and this trip was as close as I feel I can get. Moments I want to remember for ever and be able to replay again and again and again! by @tachristensen

Toby was one of my best friends growing up, and is a brother to my family. One of the few people frozen in time with some of my fondest memories and a part of the best childhood anyone could ask for! Memories that forever shaped my existence for good and all things noteworthy molding me to be who and where I am today. I am forever grateful for our friendship and look forward to spending time with you again one day, in the eternities. Until we meet again my brother.

The Fall has always been special to me. Ever since Wesson was born it means so much more. Being in the mountains hunting and finding adventure has shaped my life more than I can tell. The inherent difficulty and general exposure to uncomfortable conditions I long for because of the life long friendship and bonds that have been created with my grandfather, father, friends, and family. The closest I feel to my creator and the architect of this world, is in his majestic creations of earth.

I look forward to more opportunities to share this with my sons and share with them the skills and sources of strength I draw in relationships and experiences. Happy birthday to my firstborn, my best friend! The spitting intelligence of his momma, my love and everything.

Special thanks to my man Tanner Giles and life long friend and the main character in what Wesson calls “bidg buck stories”! Too many more adventures. by @tachristensen
